Rates

Site rates can vary greatly depending on your needs but here are some general rates for an average site.

Site construction $20 per hour.
Site Email Consultation $20 per hour
Phone Consultation $30 per hour
On site Consultation $40 per hour

Domain Name Registration $15 per year.
Site Hosting $15 per month

An average small site requires about one hours worth of email consultation, and a couple of hours construction time. (Large sites obviously take longer, and cost more) So your startup costs for a small site are about $90 or so.

The $15 a month covers your hosting and maintenance of the site plus 15 minutes worth of email based site changes and updates.

The site also includes:

1GB of disk space
20GB of data transfer
Up to 20 email accounts

This generally is more than enough for a small site with a fair amount of traffic.
