Setting up your new email account on outlook 2003
To modify your existing Outlook 2003 account, please follow the instructions below.
From the main outlook window select tools, and then E-Mail Accounts.

In the Mail Setup – Outlook dialog box click on the Add a new E-mail account button

Click next
From here you want to select POP3 as you server type

Click next,
This is the e-mail account information window. It shows the information for Edgar friendly. His domain name is friendly.com and his new email address is edgar@friendly.com
Your information was included in your email setup message that described how your information is different than Edgar Friendly's account, make the subsistutions and enter you information in the boxes.
When you are done, DO NOT CLICK NEXT YET! click more settings.
Click on the Outgoing server tab, check the box that says "My outgoing server (smtp) requires authentication". Then click the radio button for "Use the same settings as my incoming server"
click OK to close out this box.

From here you can do a quick test by hitting the "Test Account Settings..." button.
If everything is green checkmarks you are good to go. Close out the rest of the windows and enjoy you new email account! When sending a new messsage you will see a button next to send called accounts. Click it and you can pick what account you want to send your message with.
If you are haveing errors do us two favors, first make sure you are conected to the internet and run through these steps one more time. If your new email account still isn't working feel free to contact us and will do what it takes to get you up and running!
