Why free information about web design and hosting in a clearly for profit site? It’s partly my way of giving back to the Internet that has been so good to me over the years. And if you have the time and inclination to do this work yourself I have no problem with that at all. I do have google ads on the DIY entries, they tend to be orented to the content on the page. So if my entry doesn't help you maybe one of these other sites will be able to. Of course if you think this site has saved you from having to purchase a shelf full of $45 books feel free to swing by the donate section to show your support.

At the moment there isn’t a lot of DIY info here, but feel free to come back again as I am constantly adding to the section. Also be sure to check out the CyberAdept Blog as it will contain much of the information found here as well as shorter but useful bits of DIY information.
